Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026 — draft, beta

These terms govern your use of Verse Builder (“the Service”), a no-code Verse generator for Fortnite/UEFN currently in beta. By using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

1. The service

Verse Builder lets you assemble visual rules and generates Verse code for Fortnite Creative / UEFN. It is provided free during the beta, “as is”, and may change, be limited, or be discontinued at any time. It is an independent tool, not affiliated with or endorsed by Epic Games; Fortnite and UEFN are trademarks of Epic Games, Inc.

2. Accounts

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to it secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country.

3. Your content & ownership

You keep full ownership of your projects and of the Verse code generated for you. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the Service (hosting, generating code, saving/loading your projects). You are responsible for what you create and for respecting Epic's UEFN/ Fortnite terms when you use the generated code.

4. Acceptable use

  • Don't use the Service for unlawful, harmful or infringing purposes.
  • Don't attempt to break, overload, scrape at scale, reverse-engineer or abuse it.
  • Don't resell or misrepresent the Service as your own.
  • Respect Epic Games' UEFN/Fortnite terms when deploying generated code.

5. AI copilot

The copilot uses a third-party AI model (Anthropic) to help you build rules. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect — you are responsible for reviewing and testing any generated code before using it. Don't enter personal or confidential information in prompts.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated code will compile, be error-free, fit a particular purpose, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or bug-free during the beta.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of data, or loss of profits arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or to protect the Service. Your project data remains yours — contact us to retrieve or delete it.

9. Changes

We may update these terms or the Service. Material changes will be reflected here with a new date; continued use after a change means you accept it.

10. Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by French law. For any question, contact contact@versebuilder.gg. See also our Privacy Policy and Legal Notice.
